Loyalty programme

Membership and how it works:

• complete the registration form to receive the loyalty card Silver card
• on your next visit, show this card
• on departure, reception will update the total number of nights spent
• you will receive offers from the hotels Windsor and Zátiší
  and other accompanying programme offers, which come with the club membership

Membership bonuses:

SILVER CARD

Once you have 25 nights registered on your card, you will receive on your next visit:

• unlimited wellness access
• 20% discount on accommodation rack rates, Rack rates is price with breakfast

GOLDEN CARD

Once you have 60 nights registered on your card, you will receive a Golden Card and, from your next visit onwards, you will receive:

• 30% slevu z pultových cen za ubytování30% discount on accommodation rack rates.  Rack rates is price with breakfast
• unlimited access to wellness and bowling

These discounts cannot be use in combination with any other offer and will only be applied on the basis of completed membership terms. When using our special offers, inhabited nights will be automatically counted but the discounts will not be combined. However, all other benefits related to the card membership are included.

The card is non-transferable. The discount is applicable only to the person registered to the card.
