„For a considerable part of my 20-year culinary career I have devoted myself to Japanese cuisine, especially sushi, which you can sample with us in the Legenda restaurant.

For me the essential foundation of gastronomy is close co-operation with local suppliers and the freshness of the ingredients. In the Legenda I prefer traditional Czech cuisine with a modern twist, naturally we are dedicated to international cuisine.

Legenda Restaurant in Hotel Windsor restaurant offers daily from 12:00 to 23:00 specialities of modern Czech and international cuisine, as well as selected local and international wines. Our chef Svatopluk Balcárek and his team ensure all ingredients are fresh, so guests can savour our delightful dishes. The restaurant has 178 seats and the restaurant is non-smoking.

For non-hotel guests, the price for 1 person is 330 CZK.
